Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum spend.

Where your order ships from
Your order is dispatched from outside the United Kingdom. We say so plainly because delivery takes longer than it would from a UK warehouse, and you should know that before you order.

How long it takes
Delivery usually takes 3 to 12 working days from the day you order, depending on the product. Each product page shows its own estimate.

These are usual timings, not a guarantee. Some orders take longer because of customs, weather, busy periods or other things outside our control.

By law, unless we have agreed otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of it being placed. If we can't, you can cancel and have a full refund.

Charges on delivery
The price you see is the total you pay. If a carrier asks you for any payment before releasing your parcel, please email us before paying and we will deal with it.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking on international deliveries can be slow to update; a few quiet days is normal and doesn't usually mean anything is wrong.

If your order doesn't arrive
Tell us. Getting your order to you is our responsibility, not yours. We will chase it with the carrier and, if it can't be found, replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong address
Please check your delivery address before you pay. Once an order has been dispatched, we usually can't change the address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do what we can before it leaves.
